Mutual Fire Insurance is honoured to be rated a Five-Star Carrier in 2021!
Each year, Insurance Business Canada asks hundreds of insurance brokers from across the country how well insurance companies are meeting expectations. Agents and Brokers rate their carriers on a scale of 1 to 10 across ten categories and provide valuable and constructive feedback through their comments.
This year, Mutual Fire Insurance earned five stars in these categories:
- Broker communication
- Claims processing
- Competitive rates
- Overall service level
- Range of products
- Underwriting expertise
When asked about the five-star rating, President and CEO, Darin Lord Nessel said
